3. Our company implements the 6S management system: Seiri, Seiketsu, Seiton, Shitsuke, Safety, and Shitsunai. 4. The company boasts advanced and comprehensive equipment:
(1) Assembly and Adjustment Workshop: Our senior designers have designed and crafted an adjustment line based on aerodynamics, capable of precisely testing everything from large DN300 pressure regulators to small DN15 indoor pressure regulators. The pressure testing equipment includes high-pressure air pumps, high-pressure water pumps, and oil pressure testers, ensuring zero leakage for every device upon delivery.
(2) Machining workshop: Equipped with precision CNC lathes, milling machines, and CNC machining centers imported from Japan, ensuring the accuracy of all equipment components.
(3) Electric Welding Workshop: Equipped with AC and DC argon arc welding machines, automatic welding systems, submerged arc welding equipment, and plate bending machines capable of bending 30mm thick steel plates, it can produce pressure vessels with pressures below 9.9 MPa. The welding speed is fast, the appearance is aesthetically pleasing, and the welding quality fully meets national standards. The vaporizers produced, ranging from large to tens of thousands of cubic meters, are all made of high-quality aluminum profiles. Both the thickness of the aluminum profiles and the actual vaporization capacity of the vaporizers are produced in strict accordance with national standards.
(4) Warehouse: Stocked parts, finished products, and semi-finished products are neatly arranged by category. There is a dedicated storage room for rubber products, ensuring no direct sunlight and that temperature and humidity meet standard requirements.
(5) Our company also has the latest water-continuous spray painting booth, which ensures even painting without causing environmental pollution. Additionally, we have large shot blasting machines that achieve excellent results in treating surface rust, making the product's paint finish more durable.
5. The specialized valves and instruments used on the components and equipment we procure undergo rigorous prequalification and qualified supplier evaluation before being selected for purchase. Upon warehousing, inspection personnel use specialized testing instruments for acceptance inspection (high and low temperature test chambers for rubber product inspection, spring testing machines, electronic analytical balances, blackness meters, film viewers, thickness gauges, vernier calipers, height gauges, external micrometer calipers, internal dial indicators, and precision pressure gauges) to ensure that 100% of the incoming goods are qualified.
6. Production inspection process specifications: multiple inspection processes, including raw material inspection and warehousing, parts processing inspection, parts pressure test inspection, assembly inspection, debugging and pressure maintenance inspection, appearance inspection, and packaging and warehousing inspection, ensure 100% product quality.
7. The main types of production equipment in our company include: gas pressure regulators, pressure regulating boxes, LNG gasification stations, CNG pressure relief equipment, gate stations, odorizers, condensate tanks, separators, filters, safety shut-off valves, safety relief valves, etc. (The following elaborates on different products according to different customer needs)
Our pressure regulator products feature precise workmanship, stable performance, safe operation, small installation space, and convenient operation. The pressure regulator has abandoned the original painting process and switched to electrophoresis treatment, which improves the aesthetics of the pressure regulator products, extends the lifespan of the pressure regulator's appearance, and enhances the pressure regulator's resistance to wear and scratching.
The pressure regulating box is made of stainless steel, ensuring a long service life for the box body. Even in coastal areas, it remains rust-free, non-fading, and sturdy. The internal structure of the pressure regulating box is equipped with a safety shut-off valve and a bleeder valve. If the inlet pressure exceeds the actual working pressure, the overpressure bleed and shut-off functions can be realized, interrupting the gas source and preventing accidents.
After the LNG vaporizer is manufactured, it undergoes airtightness tests and low-temperature liquid nitrogen pressure maintenance tests to ensure that the product has no leaks, thereby eliminating various hazards caused by leakage of LNG cryogenic liquid. For low-temperature valves, stainless steel welded valves are purchased to reduce pipeline leaks and enhance equipment safety. After gasification at the gasification station, a water bath heat exchanger is installed, allowing for safe use even in low ambient temperature conditions. Before reheating, we use stainless steel pipes and stainless steel valves for pipeline connections, providing dual protection for low-temperature gas and eliminating the risk of pipeline bursting caused by excessively low medium temperature, thus ensuring customer safety and vital interests.
④ Our CNG pressure relief equipment utilizes imported high-pressure valves and pneumatic shut-off devices (equipped with explosion-proof air pumps), and also incorporates devices such as overpressure relief and shut-off, gas leak alarms, and odorizers. In the event of a leak, gas probes and odorants will immediately alert duty personnel through gas alarms or pungent odors, allowing for timely handling of emergency situations. Each set of equipment is produced and inspected in strict accordance with production inspection process specifications, ensuring strict quality control. We aim to provide customers with a satisfactory answer, allowing every customer to use with confidence and peace of mind.
7. If any quality issues are found with the sold products, they can be repaired or replaced free of charge. Upon customer request, we are responsible for providing technical training to the user's operating personnel. The training can be conducted at the user's installation site or within our company.
After establishing a cooperative relationship with the user, we will conduct technical communication with the demander and the designer to refine the technical plan to meet the user's requirements. We will promptly provide technical information and corporate qualifications to relevant units and actively cooperate with the designer to finalize the plan.
Our company excels in pressure vessels, specifically in the production of gas storage tanks, filters, filter separators, cyclone separators, cyclone wind devices, scrubbing tanks, heat exchangers, steam-water separators, quick-opening blind plates, and pig launchers and receivers. Notably, our filter separators boast a filtration accuracy of up to 0.3um, while our cyclone separators and cyclone purifiers achieve a processing accuracy of 3um. Our quick-opening blind plates, featuring a three-clack design and utilizing Dutch technology with further improvements, can be quickly opened in just 20 minutes.
